Healing The Healer: A GoodVibe Experience (11 Feb 2023)

Healing The Healer is a free, restorative event for those who give so much, and who pour their hearts, minds and bodies into their sacred work. Join us and be honoured, held and celebrated by fellow magnificent beings in our growing community. The outcomes for this event are simple:

Come, Connect, Relax and Be Nourished.

This event will be an opportunity for Mornington Peninsula practitioners to gather together to meet and experience each other's magic. During this event we will explore the vision of GoodVibe and experience the practices of sound, breath and mindful movement. This private event is extremely relaxed, though sign up is mandatory so we can make sure to provide enough food and drink for everyone!

4:00-4:15 Opening Circle (Please arrive 5-15 minutes beforehand)
4:15-4:45 Ecstatic Movement Meditation
4:45-5:30 Breathwork
5:30-6:15 Yin and Sound
6:15-7:00 Ayurvedic Nourishment & Chai + Community Building + Campfire

If you know someone who would benefit from this free event, text Max (0478960315) and send their instagram profile link or contact details. We will host a maximum of 50 people in order to maintain a closed, comfortable and connective space.

We strive to be as sustainable and respectful to the land and our amazing venue/hosts. Please bring a mug and spoon (chai and Ayurvedic goodness provided)! You will receive a link from us prior to the event with a short Ayurvedic Constituency quiz for you to take that will help our chef create a meal tailored specifically to your needs (based on your constituition/doshas). Please fill this short quiz out by 10am on the 11 Feb 2023.

We recognise that we will be gathering on Boonwurong land and acknlowedge the tradition owners, whose cultures and customs have nurtured, and continue to nurture this land and every living thing on it. We honour the presence of these ancestors who reside in the imagination of this land and whose irrepressible spirituality flows through all creation.
