***Healing the Inner Child: A Masterclass Series***

Some of the most powerful healing can come when we work with our inner child aspects. This healing can be so powerful, it is in fact not for everyone. No matter how old we are or how experienced we are in life, if we have not healed our inner child aspects, there can be many subconscious programs and beliefs that are playing out in our lives without our realising.

The vast majority of these are disempowering and self-sabotaging. Yet we can understand from a trauma-informed perspective, that they helped us to adapt to and survive our environment. It is as adults that we can reparent the inner child so we can foster relationships and create a life we truly desire.

I will be bringing my integrative therapy approach to healing the inner child. This means that there will be an integration of a number of perspectives:

🌟Neurodevelopmental (child brain development)

🌟Interpersonal neurobiology (the neurobiology of relationships)

🌟Trauma-informed

🌟Energetic/spiritual

This means that I will be incorporating a grounded understanding of child development, attachment theory, the neurobiology of trauma and relationships, as well as energetic/spiritual perspectives. An integration of psychology and spirituality.

This series of four workshops over four weeks will be an immersion into the inner child, focussing on the first eight years of our lives.

Each session will include channeled healing meditations with the Keepers of the Keys (a group of 12 healing angels) to bring healing to the inner child aspects that we will be working with.

All sessions and healing meditations will be recorded for you to keep.

Numbers will be strictly limited. Given the power of this work, I wish to keep class sizes small so that each person feels supported throughout the process. You will also have access to a Facebook support group as part of your registration.

The sessions will take place from 10:30am AEDST on each Sunday in November (Saturday evening in the northern hemisphere). The sessions will go for 2-3 hours, depending on discussion and depth of questioning. The time and date converter link is below:

Session 1:

This will cover what the inner child is and how we can bring healing to them. It will go beyond the most broad understandings of the inner child to the understanding of the inner child from psychology, as sub-personalities operating from within our subconscious mind, as well as energetic perspectives.

This will also include a discussion of what happens if you have experienced relational trauma, attachment wounding, as well as other forms of trauma. Attachment wounding can be as simple as not having your needs met consistently. The effects can be both subtle as well as pervasive. Trauma can fragment the self and therefore can fragment the inner child, which can be ‘trapped’ energetically.

Includes a healing meditation with the Keepers of the Keys.

Session 2:

This session will focus on the ages of 0-2 and the related inner child aspects. We will explore the developmental needs of the child from within utero, 0-9 months of age, as well as 1-2 years of age. We will unpack how these inner child aspects are still powerful drivers of our personalities and how we can become more conscious of any way they may be limiting our lives so we can heal them!

Session 3:

This session will focus on the ages 3-6.

Includes healing meditation with the Keepers of the Keys.

Session 4:

This session will focus on the ages 7-8 and will also include healing meditation with the Keepers of the Keys. We will also draw the sessions together as we weave through the key themes of the workshop series.
