Healing Waters is a safe, supportive and nurturing space to take a step forward no matter where you may be in your healing journey.

The purpose of this space utilise the healing modality of breathwork paired with guided visualisation to cleanse, rinse and wash away any energy or experiences that may be held within the physical & energetic body but are feeling ready to acknowledge and release.

The Healing Waters workshop is designed to assist you in:

Connecting to your centre
Ground yourself on a physical & energetic level
Share compassion with yourself
Exploring the trust we have within ourselves and strengthening this
Connecting to the innate wisdom that resides within you
Drop out of the mind into the body
Check in with what creative desires are alive within you

The Healing Waters workshop may support you in healing from the following but is not limited to:

Clearing energy and ties to past relationships
Sexual, domestic or childhood adversity
Surgical procedures such as a C-Section or termination
Birth traumas, loss through miscarriage

This space has been crated to wholeheartedly support & hold you in acknowledging, processing, releasing & healing adversities you have been through in the past and are currently processing. This workshop is built on the founding intention to provide a safe & sacred space within our community that is free of judgement and freedom to express and put down all we may be holding onto or that which is stored in our physical and energetic bodies.

About The Facilitator:

Kaity Gould is a Trauma-Informed Biodynamic Breathwork Practitioner dedicated to working with those processing past traumas and adversities through gentle recalibration of the nervous system. Her past experiences working in Mental Health as a Nurse support her in understand img

the wide spectrum of emotions and processes one may go through throughout their healing journey. Kaity works with the resonance and energetics of the body & heart field. Kaity has gained experience in sharing Breathwork over the past 5 years working in Aoteroa, Australia and Bali opening herself up to various communities of minority and ethnicities. Including people of all cultures, religions, gender identities and sexuality is important to her and all who walk into this space shall be held with the upmost respect as a unique individual.
