Event description

The Healing with Country workshop is a sensory healing workshop that shares culturally based ways of calming anxiety and building resilience. 

The 2.5 hour workshop led by Emma Stewart includes sensory healing activities utilising clapsticks, assorted shells, breathing exercises, natural native resources and essential oils.

Participants will learn cultural ways of calming our nervous system by connecting with country in a meaningful way.

This workshop is suitable for anyone over the age of 16 from any cultural background. 

FREE EVENT: Registration essential as there is maximum of 15 participants

Targeting people who have been impacted by the bushfires.
