Healing Women’s Circle
A Sacred Afternoon of Sisterhood

There is a quiet power that awakens when women gather with open hearts.

In a healing circle we get to put down the weight we carry, be truly seen, and remember that we were never meant to do this life alone. These spaces offer safety for the nervous system to soften, the heart to open, and the soul to breathe again.

Join Breathin’ Light and Rising Breath for a deeply nourishing afternoon of connection, release and renewal.

Sunday 1st November
12:30 pm – 5:00 pm (ish)
The Hot Studio, Tuam, Galway (above Pet Haven)

What we’ll share together:

Heart-opening Cacao Ceremony
9D Breathwork to clear what no longer serves
Ecstatic Chakra Dancing to awaken the body
Rahanni Healing for gentle energetic restoration
Meditation to anchor the peace
A Healing Circle of Sisterhood to be held and heard

This afternoon is for any woman who is feeling depleted, craving deeper connection, or simply ready to give herself the gift of rest, release, fun and sisterhood.
