In this powerful channelled breathwork healing, we will be combining ancient practices of the breath, mind and body with channelled wisdom and energetic alchemy from the divine 💫

With my 20 year journey and dedication to healing, mindset, the human body, connection to higher realms of consciousness and spiritual awareness; I have experienced the power of breathwork and it's miraculous effects on reprogramming the mind, healing the body and opening portals to awakened spiritual connection 👁️

First, let's understand a little about the power of the breath:

How many of us think of breathwork as the simple act of inhaling and exhaling to bring oxygen into the body and carbon dioxide out? We understand why we need to breathe but this is like sitting on a goldmine and not understanding a great power that life has given to us... 🗝️

Breath is the sacred rhythm and source of life itself, a bridge between the human experience and the infinite realms of consciousness. Each breath carries with it the potential to unlock deep layers of the body, mind, and soul.

When we consciously engage with our breath, we activate a powerful tool for transformation that has the ability to heal, align, and awaken us to the divine truths that lie dormant within 👁️ The breath is the vessel through which we can access the wisdom of our higher selves and the divine guidance of the universe...

As we breathe deeply and intentionally, we invite a profound re-wiring of old, limiting beliefs and the stories we have carried with us for lifetimes. The breath serves as an energetic current, sweeping through the body and mind, gently dislodging the heavy constructs of fear, doubt, and insecurity that have shaped our perception of who we are.

With every inhale, we draw in the limitless potential of the universe, and with every exhale, we release the self-imposed chains that have kept us bound to the past. This sacred process allows us to break through barriers that once felt impossible; helping us to dissolve the very limitations that have held us back from fully embodying our divine purpose.

BODY:

🫁 On the physical plane, breathwork catalyses healing by unlocking stagnant energy stored within the body. Our emotions, traumas, and unresolved experiences can become trapped in the cells as energy; creating blockages that impede the natural flow of life force energy. These impediments to the natural flow of life through the body leads to dis-ease and illness in the body.

Through conscious breath, we open the pathways for this energy to move freely, allowing the body to release stuck, negative energy and restore equilibrium. This process of energetic release not only heals physical ailments but also restores harmony between the body and mind, enabling us to step into a state of greater vitality and well-being.

SOUL:

At the level of the soul, breathwork acts as a conduit for spiritual awakening. When we surrender to the breath, we align ourselves with the cosmic flow, and in this state of surrender, we literally open the mind to higher realms of consciousness; expanding our library of information, wisdom, solutions, inspiration, guidance, clarity. The breath becomes a channel through which we communicate with higher realms, receive divine insight, and remember who we are beyond the physical form. It is in these moments of expanded consciousness that we experience true liberation — liberation from fear, limitation, and the illusions of separation.

MIND:

The mind, often the realm of chatter, doubts, and endless patterns of thought, is also deeply affected by the power of breathwork. In the stillness of the breath, the mind finds its natural state of peace and clarity. With each conscious inhale and exhale, we create space between our thoughts, allowing the mind to detach from its habitual narratives and limiting beliefs. In this space, the mind is able to witness, rather than react, to the thoughts that arise. Breathwork quiets the noise of the ego and brings us into direct contact with our true essence — the infinite consciousness that transcends the mind. This practice enables us to break free from mental patterns that no longer serve us, shifting our perceptions and thought processes into alignment with our highest truth. The breath acts as a gentle reminder that the mind is not our identity, but rather a tool for us to navigate this human experience. As we reprogram the mind through the breath, we begin to think with clarity, intention, and wisdom, creating a more harmonious relationship between our inner world and the reality we manifest.

Now, the channelled healing aspect:

While we breathe, I will be not only guiding you through physical practice of breathwork, but at the same time, I will be channelling a healing for you (yes you, specifically). In these group sessions, my mind elevates to a realm where everything is connected and I can see everything, all at the same time, everywhere, all at once, simultaneously, in the now. I connect into everyone's energy and assist in channelling and directing the frequencies through to your field, through my power of connection & observation, to witness your healing. I am simply the channel, the connector, from you to the divine.

Your higher self knows everything you need to know at this time. You know what you want, where you feel stuck, and how you want to feel. You know the problem, and the solution. Everything you need is within you. In this healing session, I will be connecting you to higher realms of consciousness, to heal, awaken, ascend, rewire.

What is Core Origin Healing?

This is a channelled method I have developed over time, to get to the originating point of the perception which is causing you to feel out of balance, limited, and fearful. Every scenario in the physical is a result of a perception. Every perception exists as particles in the cosmos. When we access the.origin point of these particles - we acknowledge and claim sovereignty over our power of creation and CHOOSE to dissolve it, to create change from the inside out.

Where the particles of your origin point reside - across all space and time - we dissolve them through this life time, past life times, ancestral lineage, as well as from your physical body, cellular memory, DNA and across body mind and spirit. The energy is wiped out eternally.

This returns our mind to the field of infinite potential where we can choose a new perception and therefore choose a new reality. The incredible thing is that we don't even have to consciously switch and choose this new perception. When we clear the limiting perception; the limitless automatically flows back in. This is your resting state.

How can group activations, be personal to me? How does that work?

It’s a great question, and I LOVE the answer!

We as humans, are interpreting information. Information is energy. We are energy. The human language was developed as a way for us to understand each other in the 3D. Before our known English language was developed; how did we communicate? Sounds, symbols, our telepathy and mind to mind communication was also stronger. We still have access to that now, but we’ve forgotten how to use it. This is how two people can finish each other’s sentences, understand each other without saying a word even. So, when I am channelling a frequency; the frequency will affect the receiver in whichever unique way it is supposed to. For example, if we introduced a chemical to a different chemical, it would have a reaction and form a new substance. But if we introduce that same original chemical to an even different chemical… a different reaction and different outcome would be achieved. Your consciousness and perception is all there is. Your perception is unique, and your perception is creating your reality. Therefore the way in which you receive these frequencies is unique to you.
