Join Margaux of HealScapes for your choice of sessions in the beautiful Hervey Bay Botanic Gardens this September!

🍃 Forest Bathing blends a very slow two hour trail walk under the tree canopy, with sensory activities and ceremony like practices that connect you to nature and to yourself in nature. Contact with the forest air and soil has also been scientifically proven to improve mood, immunity and overall wellbeing. A break from busyness, technology and worry – Forest Bathing brings us back to our human-ness.

🎨 Painting in the Park (Gardens) combines the feel of an outdoor picnic, with paint, creative processes and play on canvas using pieces from nature! Along with mindfulness practices and a tea tasting. No painting or art experience necessary. Spend two hours being absorbed in nature and creative expression for the fun of it on a lovely Saturday afternoon!

Events for September are best suited to adults. Future events will be tailored for family's and kids.

🎨 Painting in the Park - 2-4pm Sun 27 September, tickets $59 +b/f or $53 +b/f Seniors / Students (full time) - all materials supplied, take home your canvas!
