Women and girls across Livingstone Shire are invited to register for the FREE Healthy & Active Livingstone: Let’s Move program, starting 1st March. This 4-week program is designed to help women and girls who are currently not active engage in physical activity and create long-term healthy habits.

To Participate, you must commit to the following:

Engage in at least 150 minutes of physical activity per week, in accordance with World Health Organisation (WHO) guidelines.
Complete the QLD Government Film/Photo Consent Form (photos are required for case study purposes as per funding guidelines).
Participate in a pre-program and post-program survey.
Attend two compulsory half-day workshops on:

Saturday, 1st March - 9.30am - 12.00pm
Saturday, 22nd March - 9.00am - 11.30pm
Please ensure to arrange time off work and childcare if needed.

Participate in wellness activities throughout the program and utilise workbook resources and tools provided.
Be open to trying new exercises and activities throughout the program.
Give your best effort to move more.
