Health & Healing: Practical Anthroposophic Treatments ~ with Jennifer James
Event description
This practical workshop will demonstrate simple remedies and applications for minor illnesses, building on the picture of illness and healing provided in the Term 2 workshop: Health & Healing: Anthroposophic Perspectives. It is recommended but not required to attend both.
You will learn how to make and use a variety of treatments at home to assist healing, or used as an adjunct to conventional medical treatments, including compresses, foot baths, inhalations, poultices, ointments and teas, as well as tinctures and dilutions.
Jennifer will share practical experience and advice about when these methods are indicated.

Jennifer James has been a pharmacist for 45 years with experience in retail, hospital, homoeopathic, and Anthroposophic pharmacies and manufacturing. These experiences have enabled the development of an integrative approach to health and well-being.
