Rosemary Wyndham-Jones has been passionate about personal health for 45 years. This coincides with

her decision to move to plant-based food in her 20’s. Since then she has employed and coached others through

numerous fasts, detoxes, liver, bowel and others cleanses. She is very knowledgeable about gut health and worked

full-time with her own colon cleansing business in the 90’s. Rosemary is the Founder of Dune Lakes Retreat

& Horse Inspired Learning Centre and an Interspecies Communicator. She has extensive training and experience

in Sacred Space of Possibility Creation and Yoga teaching. Working professionally within the field

of human-horse wellness - she has gained intimate knowledge of physical, psychological and spiritual health.

She has experience with training and teaching a range of modalities, yoga, non-violent communication, martial arts

and frequency healing. She is a proud mother of two and grandmother.

David de Vries has a scientific background with a degree in physiology and a PhD in biochemistry. Working in

research on natural products he travelled the world and held a tenured Senior Lectureship at Otago Medical

School. Subsequently he gained a degree in naturopathy and practiced as a naturopath/herbalist. His passion for

real food has led him to teach permaculture design certificate courses and over 100 short courses in food

gardening. David also brings experience in Men’s Work, Breathwork, Bodywork, Nutrition, Martial Arts and

Meditation to the workshop. He is a proud father of six and grandfather.

What will we create in the Health and Longevity Workshop? We will cooperate to create a setting where we can all

share our knowledge, questions and fears around health and ageing. Gaining and maintaining health is complex and

challenging. The retreat is an opportunity to take personal stock. Review key questions. Where am I now -

physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually? Who participates with me in Love? What is the place of Love?

What changes do I want to see? What are my health and longevity goals? What resources can I draw on?

Why this workshop? We live in a maze of toxins, processed foods, distractions, consumerism and a panoply of health claims from commercial manufacturers large and small. Faced with an avalanche of acute and chronic disease. How do we proceed?

Our Approach. We have a back-to-basics approach to wellness, where you will learn the how’s and why’s of natural health. You will experience a quantum frequency device that is non invasive, safe and natural way to help improve your health. It works by stimulating the body’s own natural healing processes to help reduce inflammatio,improve circulation and promote relaxation. In this workshop we foster participants to develop a strategy which takes them forward with optimism to an active & long life.
