Introduction by David Legge
David is a scholar emeritus in the School of Public Health and Human Biosciences at La Trobe University in Melbourne. He started his career as a physician but moved early on into health services research, health policy and public health. David has teaching and research interests in the political economy of health, comparative health systems, primary health care and international health policy.
