Event description

Join us for our next exclusive masterclass designed for innovators and entrepreneurs in the health tech sector. This session is designed to assist you in gaining clarity on how to be attractive to Venture Capital and other investors and how to be prepared once you get that first meeting.

During this session, you'll delve into the details of what it means to be "investment ready", including how to present the maturity of your technology, business operations, clinical pathways and applications, and your iIP strategy and position. We'll also explore what the typical process of venture capital funding looks like, and what to expect at the different stages before you can close a funding round.

What You Will Learn:

  • When to look for funding: when is the right time to start engaging with investors and who to talk to first?
  • Value proposition: how to clearly articulate your value proposition and commercial potential so you get invited to the next stage of the funding process.
  • What are the investors looking for: get clarity on the criteria that assessors use when deciding whether or not you are a good fit for their fund.
  • Obtaining funding: Strategies for making the whole funding process as smooth as possible for both you and the investor
