Leighton is an accomplished American serial entrepreneur and venture investor, who will be travelling from the US to join us. He has held key positions at firms like Interhealth Partners and Alloy Ventures. Notably, he founded and led the Pharma Division at Affymax NV, later acquired by Glaxo in 1995. Leighton also played pivotal roles in Aviron (acquired by MedImmune) and Avidia (acquired by Amgen). With a medical background from Duke and the Peter Bent Brigham Hospital, he now serves as Non-Executive Chairman at Global Kinetics and as a director at Allay Therapeutics and Glyscend Therapeutics.

Mary-Beth Brinson
Founder, DelfiClinic

Brinson has a rich background in the healthcare industry. She served as the former Vice President of Global Clinical Affairs at Cochlear Limited, a leading medical devices company. Additionally, she held the role of Chief Medical Officer at Tali, a groundbreaking cognitive training program. She is a qualified Audiologist with extensive experience in healthcare and academia in both the U.S. and the United Kingdom. She also holds the position of Adjunct Fellow at Macquarie University in Sydney. Currently, Brinson is the founder of DelfiClinic, a startup dedicated to enhancing outcomes in cognitive care.
