Join local dietitian Rebecca and pilates instructor Kos to learn how you can feel better through tasty food and mindfulness exercise. This two-hour program includes a fun pilates session, a mindfulness art activity and preparation of nourishing healthy snacks. Children aged 6-10 $5 per child, must be supervised by an adult.
