Who: Come join Dr Taisia Cech, GP and Lifestyle Medicine doctor, and Olivia Faid founder of Balance Me NZ for an evening about gut health. 

What will you learn: Learn about your gut microbiome, how it interacts with your body and how you can improve it. We will cover topics such as pre, pro and post-biotics, fermented foods, supplements, fibre, whole grains, leaky gut and more. Followed by simple tips on how to use food to maximise your gut health and some tasty snacks to show you how good it can be!

Location: Wanaka New Zealand- location to be confirmed and will email to you.

What you need to bring: bring any friends who you think will benefit by learning more about improving their gut health.
