Assalamu alaikum sis! Get ready to nourish your body and soul with a private, sisters-only Pilates-style workout, followed by a halaqa on prophetic and general nutrition. This event is designed to help you build strength, boost energy, and embrace the Sunnah in preparation for the blessed month of Ramadan.
💪 Pilates Workout Session (1:30 PM - 2:30 PM)
Join personal trainer Mariem Bowden for a Pilates-style workout focused on movement, strength, and endurance to get your body feeling its best for Ramadan.
☕ Break (2:30 PM - 3:00 PM)
Rest and reconnect with fellow sisters.
🌿 Prophetic & General Nutrition Halaqa (3:00 PM - 4:00 PM)
Nutritionist Aamina Fahme will guide you through the principles of prophetic nutrition and practical tips for fasting. Learn the health benefits of Sunnah foods and experience them firsthand as we prepare and enjoy these nourishing dishes during the halaqa.
