Why this matters:

At Healthy Hospo, we believe everyone can be a leader, and one of the critical skills a leader possesses is the ability to coach others (team members, peers, leaders, stakeholders).

What to expect:

This course is for you if you want to elevate your ability to mentor, coach, and provide feedback.

This interactive Coaching 101 workshop has been designed to introduce you to coaching and give you the skills you need to coach effectively.

A half-day, 4-hour practical workshop, with 1 hour of pre-work required by all attendees. You'll have plenty of opportunities to practice coaching amongst your peers, observe others and receive real-time feedback.

By the end of this workshop, you will have tools and templates and a better understanding of effective communication.

The Facilitator:

Kelly Watkin combines her hospitality, education, and youth development background with her passion for yoga, mindfulness, and meditation. She develops international curriculums and facilitates nationwide workshops, emphasising awareness and connection's importance. Kelly’s sessions are warm and supportive, equipping participants with tools for daily life.
