What to expect:
This workshop is designed to provide a better understanding of our mental well-being and explore what might be contributing to situations where we aren't thriving or feeling like our best selves. An array of tools and solutions will be discussed to help outline what can work to improve your mental wellbeing. Everyone's' situation is different, but a good foundation of skills will set you right for the future and go about your mental wellbeing with confidence.
Who is this for:
Anyone, at any level. Owners, managers, chefs, front of house, senior staff, and junior staff.
This workshop is capped at 50 attendees.
The Facilitator:
Danny Rood is a dedicated mental health advocate from ÅŒtautahi Christchurch who uses his own experiences to help others. With a scientific background and excellent communication skills, Danny breaks down complex mental health topics into understandable, actionable steps. He's also an environmentalist and photographer, blending his passions to inspire positive change.
