Mindfulness is a practice that has been around for about 2,500 years.
It's a practice that helps us build resilience, hold space for emotions and navigate life's challenges.
It's also a great skill that with practice, can positively impact your life, work, personal relationships and all those things you are passionate about.

What to expect:


In this workshop, you'll learn all about:
• The science of mind, to help us better understand stress and anxiety.
• The nature of thought and working with human emotions.
• Mindfulness practices to cultivate presence, and train our brain!
• How we can bring mindfulness into our days to reduce stress and support more meaningful connections

Who is this for:

Anyone, at any level who’d like to strengthen mental tools to regulate emotions, process stress, and build better connections with yourself and those you love.
Owners, managers, chefs, senior staff, and junior staff.


The Facilitator:

Kelly is a trained teacher and forever student of yoga, mindfulness, meditation and mindful self compassion. Having experienced immense and ongoing support and benefit from these tools and practices in her own life, she is now committed to sharing them in accessible and nourishing ways. 
She has a background in hospitality, education and positive youth development and now develops curriculum internationally and facilitates courses and workshops nationwide. She is passionate about the fundamental importance of cultivating awareness in our lives and of connection to our experience, community and the natural world. 

In her sessions, she endeavors to create a warm and supportive space that fosters openness and curiosity and to equip participants with tools they can integrate into their daily lives.
