What to expect:
This workshop is designed to provide a better understanding of our mental well-being and explore what might be contributing to situations where we aren't thriving or feeling like our best selves. An array of tools and solutions will be discussed to help outline what can work to improve your mental wellbeing. Everyone's' situation is different, but a good foundation of skills will set you right for the future and go about your mental wellbeing with confidence.

Who is this for:

Anyone, at any level. Owners, managers, chefs, front of house, senior staff, and junior staff.

This workshop is best capped at 30 attendees.

The Facilitator:
Danny is a passionate mental health advocate based in Ōtautahi Christchurch. He has overcome his own mental health challenges and feels at ease sharing his experiences and lessons with others. With a background in science and extensive communication experience, he has a knack of breaking down tricky topics for you to understand. This lets you take action to improve your mental health and wellbeing, essential for anyone in the modern age. He is also an enthusiastic environmentalist and photographer.
