What can we be doing in workplaces and community to encourage healthy forms of masculinity and challenge harmful ideas about what it means to be a man?

There are four gendered ‘drivers’ which consistently predict gender-based violence.

Using evidence from Our Watch, Rainbow Health and the Men’s Project as a guide, this workshop will unpack Driver 4 in Change The Story, the national evidence-based framework guiding the prevention of gender-based violence.

What is Driver 4? - Male peer relations and cultures of masculinity that emphasise aggression, dominance and control.
