Healthy on the Hudson offers a variety of accessible, exciting fitness classes led by NYC’s best trainers in your west side backyard all summer. These 60-minute classes are free and a great fit for any fitness level. Join us in sweating it out on the riverfront!
305 Fitness is the ultimate dance cardio class! Inspired by Miami nightlife, these classes combine dance, HIIT, kickboxing, and plyometrics for a full-body workout. All are welcome in this zero-judgement cardio workout! You don't need to be a dancer to star at 305.
Healthy on the Hudson classes are free and open to the public, from June to September. Refer to the weekly schedule for further details and check our events calendar to keep updated on changes and weather cancellations.

- Mondays: Conditioning with Tone House
- Pier 25 at N Moore St.
- Tuesdays: HIIT with Chelsea Piers Fitness
- Pier 46 at Charles St.
- Wednesdays: Dance Cardio with 305 Fitness
- Pier 97 at W 55 St.
- Thursdays: Yoga with Chelsea Piers Fitness
- Pier 64 at W 24 St.
