One of the highlights of the class is learning how to make a creamy pasta sauce that goes beyond just pasta. Anita will show you how to create a versatile sauce that can be used in various recipes, such as a luscious base for a creamy vegetable stew or a delectable topping for roasted vegetables.

You'll also learn how to make a mouthwatering Indian curry sauce, perfect for adding flavour to a wide variety of vegetables and plant-based proteins. Curry sauces are incredibly versatile and can be used in an array of dishes, from soups to stir-fries, allowing you to infuse your meals with exotic flavours.

Another sauce you'll master is a chunky bolognese sauce that can be used in about 10 different dishes. Anita will show you how to create a hearty and flavourful sauce using plant-based ingredients like lentils or mushrooms, that can be used as a topping for pasta, stuffed in bell peppers, or layered in lasagna, adding a burst of taste to your meals.
