Event description

Join SERCUL for a Healthy Waterways Workshop in which you will learn how to protect the Swan River and wetlands from your own home and workplace and improve your garden at the same time! 

Presenter Natasha Bowden will discuss how what we do in our homes, gardens and workplaces has an impact on the river and wetlands and teach you how fertilise, water, garden and interact with waterways wisely to lessen that impact. 

Natasha will bring along interactive activities for kids and the young at heart to do after the presentation! Attendees will be provided with native plant and fertiliser information relevant to their soil type plus their choice of a Noongar Seasons or Life Cycle Poster.
