🤝 How we work together 🤝

This Collective is shaped by all who want to participate. We welcome decentralised decision-making and shared ownership and purpose. In our ‘constellation model’ of organising, Constellation groups will form around specific initiatives, led by those best-placed to take them forward. A stewardship group will support the Collective by convening events, connecting people and ideas, establishing communications channels, brokering learning, seeking shared resources, and enabling collaboration.

We are encouraging people interested in joining the stewardship group to reach out.You can submit a brief expression of interest here, or reach out if you want to chat more about this, at heapsgoodcop@gmail.com.

See you there!
