HEART ACTIVATION

This is an immersive two-hour nervous system and heart-led activation with embodiment exercises, breathwork and 2 energy practitioners leading your experience.

This is not a workshop.

Heart Activation is a deeply immersive experience designed to support nervous system regulation and capacity, releasing layers of resistance and what no longer serves you, breath connection, self:self healing and the reawakening of your inner vitality.

How often do you just pause and be?

How often to you let someone else support and hold space for you?

This is a guided journey where the heart leads, the body feels safe to open, and energy begins to move freely again.

What we’ll explore together:

• Activation of the heart’s energetic field and connection to the body's bio-energy field

• Reconnection to felt sense, presence, and inner awareness

• Co-regulation and safe embodied connection

• Integration of new emotional and energetic frequencies

• Breathwork connection and breath techniques for activation versus regulation

• A return to centre, clarity, aliveness, and truth

You’ll be held in a grounded, supportive, and intentional space, guided by Gem @alivewithgem and Elle @elkehealing, combining years of experience in nervous system regulation, movement, breathwork, energetics, kundalini, and soul-based healing.

This session weaves together

• Breathwork to support nervous system shifts and expanded states of clarity

• Energetics to process stored emotional and energetic patterns

• Kundalini-based practices to awaken your own life force safely and consciously

• Conscious meditation to anchor awareness and deepen heart connection

• Somatic and embodiment practices to help the body feel safe to open and expand

Each element is intentionally layered to support regulation first, then expansion.
