Every Monday evening, we gather in an intimate space to bring a higher frequency of healing and light to collective consciousness and our personal lives - a sacred co-creation of sound, frequency and heart connection.

This is more than a sound bath - it’s a journey of vibration, emotion and remembrance; guiding your body from contraction into expansion and restoring balance on every level.

PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN yoga mat, cushions, blanket and water bottle.

Please arrive at least 10mins early for a prompt 6:15pm start.
