Welcome! Nourish EVERY part of your human on this Heart & Sole weekend retreat. We will wander over windswept coastline, through enchanted forests and alongside the rugged Southern ocean, hugging Eastern Maar and Gadabanud traditional lands. This offering is our third installment of the Great Ocean Walk and is widely known to be the most stunning section yet!

Feel empowered and full of wonder, journeying between campsites with everything you need right on your back. Begin and end your days with spells of soothing, beach front yoga and meditation as well as guided nature connection activities, sharing circles, opportunities for art, dance, stillness and play!

Heart & Sole is a slow, supported, multi-day hike experience welcoming all fitness levels, all life stages and all women and AFAB folk. We meet your whole being, exactly where you’re at. If you’re craving connection with yourself and other fabulous humans all while being held in the arms of mother nature, this weekend is for you!

What is included:

- Support and guidance prior and throughout the journey, ensuring you feel informed, prepared and cared for

- Facilitated yoga, meditation practice and nature connection activities throughout

- Crafternoon experience and supplies

- All camping sites required

We are excited to provide this experience for an accessible and inclusive price in exchange for our time guiding and facilitating. For this Journey you will be responsible for providing your food, transport and gear. We have an established ‘gear library’ of lendable hiking equipment so if sourcing gear feels like a barrier, we will endeavour to support you. Options to car pool and cook in small groups is encouraged. More guidance on this will be provided once tickets have been secured, please reach out if you have any questions.

$330 (cost of the experience plus a little extra to create access to the experience)

• Can take a vacation every year or few years without significant burden

Extra Support ticket — $230

For those experiencing financial hardship

• Frequently stress about basic needs and don’t always achieve them

• Have debt that sometimes prevents meeting basic needs

• Rent lower-end properties or have unstable housing

• Unemployed or underemployed, may qualify for government assistance

• No access to savings or very limited expendable income

• Rarely buy new items and cannot afford a vacation or time off

Your Guides~


Leah Ashe (She/Her)

Leah has been educating and facilitating in the Outdoor Education Space for 10 years and holds a Bachelor’s in Outdoor Leadership. She has supported and guided people on many outdoor journeys and activities throughout Australia and overseas, including hiking, skiing, white-water rafting, canoeing, and mountain biking. More recently, Leah has been deliciously curious about somatic expression, exploring dance, singing and yin yoga.

Leah loves fostering excitement for the natural world and our interconnectedness in her clients in an inclusive, supportive and collaborative way. Leah finds herself deeply connected to her cyclical rhythms and is eager to share and delve deeper into this realm. Leah envisions a strong community atmosphere for this experience, holding space for clients to enrich themselves in new environments and deeply connect, while slowing down and feeling safe, supported and empowered throughout.

Jacinta Poon (She/Her)

Jacinta has been practicing yoga for over a decade and recently completed her 200-hour Vinyasa training. With a background in teaching skiing and a deep love for movement was born. She is now passionate about helping others connect to themselves through yoga as a space of grounding, growth and nourishment for the soul. She fosters an inclusive and supportive space where students can explore their practice with curiosity and presence, leaving each class feeling more connected, empowered, and inspired.

Jacinta loves the natural world and adventure, you will often find her in the salty waters, snow capped mountains, soaking up the sun or diving into a crafternoon.

Jess Magner (She/Her)

5 years ago, Jess realised her love and reverence for the more than human world could combine with her passion for supporting the health and well being of others. Since then she has graduated a Bachelor of Outdoor Leadership (dream degree!) and lends herself to work across fields of Outdoor Education, Adventure Therapy, Women’s Nature Immersions and Sessional Field Lecturing.

Jess’ own experiences with the challenging ebbs and freeing flows of her menstrual cycle have unearthed empowering ways to interact with the world that are too wonderful not to share! Part of the magic is doing exactly this, slowing down and connecting with other femme folk and she looks forward to co-creating a warm and welcoming journey experience. Jess loves a sing and a strum, a yap over delicious food and a double dip in the big blue at the end of the day.
