A fireside dinner, hosted by Estate Sommelier Evan Gill.

Bunker down by the fire for a night of hearty winter fare, designed to highlight the 'heart and soul' of Vasse Felix, the Estate's Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon. Enjoy a four course menu featuring Head Chef Brendan Pratt's twist on the winter favourites you know and love, paired with selections from the Vasse Felix 'Premier' collection. Limited to a cosy collection of 40 people, don't miss out.
