Wairua/Spirit Breathwork 

Wairua means spirit in my native tongue as Maori, and is very fitting as i have leaned heavily into the guidance of my Tupuna/Ancestors to help birth WAIRUA AWAKENING BREATHWORK.

Breathwork is more than an exercise of breathing correctly or with intent. These breathing techniques are tools for major transformation and healing. Breathwork encompasses a broad range of whole-being therapeutic practices and exercises used to relieve mental, physical, and/or emotional tension.

WAIRUA/SPIRIT AWAKENING BREATHWORK is a mix of three styles of breawthwork, and is intuitively weaved throughout the healing, catering to the groups needs.

Sound Healing
I create different environments by looping and layering sound.
A variety of ancient world Instruments are use like Native American Flutes, Didgeridoos, Nepalese singing bowls,Rav drum,guitar,nature sounds and also a range of Taonga Puoro, traditional Maori instruments

Be guided into a deep body relaxing meditation. As you drop into your body and breath, enjoy being bathed by a selection of sacred sounds taking you on a journey deep into oneself. Embrace and gently let go of what no longer serves you, 

This will allow us a direct pathway to visit our inner child, reconnect,re love and  rebirth a new version of ourself back into this beautiful world 💕
