Join us for this Heart Awakening Journey, a sacred experience designed to help you ground and solidify aspects of yourself. Through guided practices, we will cultivate a deep connection with the self, others, and the body, allowing the heart to serve as a powerful portal to healing. By tuning into the wisdom of the heart, we open pathways to transformation, balance, and inner peace. This journey invites you to release what no longer serves you, embrace your authentic essence, and step into a space of love, clarity, and renewal.

At Heart Awakening Journey we will be holding a beautiful sacred environment dedicated to supporting the community. We hold a judgement free zone, a safe haven for healing, conscious connection, creative expansion, and a portal for transformation and miracles to blossom.

FLOW OF THE EVENT

Please arrive at 1:45pm for a 2:00pm start: Gather, connect and settle into the space before we lift off

We commence with Intentional Reflections, a journaling practice designed to help you set your intention by examining your current state and your aspirations. This process allows you to explore what you hope to gain, such as intuitive insights, a deeper connection with your spiritual guides, or a new perspective on your reality.

This will then be followed by Conscious Meditation which will help anchor and deepen your intention within the body, mind, and spirit.

We will transition into a series of Interactive Connection Practices in pairs, aimed at self-exploration and reflection through randomly chosen questions. This approach will foster greater understanding, trust, enhanced communication skills, and increased intimacy in your life. After that, we'll dive into a fun group activity.

We will then flow into a Spring Forest Qigong practice, a gentle movement meditation practice that enhances vitality and supports mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. Immerse yourself in the serene soundscape of Inner Beauty, a beautiful meditation track blending traditional Chinese and contemporary music designed by Master Chunyi Lin, founder of Spring Forest Qigong.

Lie down and relax as we move into a powerful Energy Healing Infused Sound Journey. This enchanting experience, led by Kaybe and Corinna, will immerse you in a magical soundscape. You will bathe in the vibration sounds of the crystal singing bowls, wave drum, rain stick along with many other sound frequencies. During this Journey, Lu will facilitate her unique style of intuitive palm healing, blending Reiki and other various styles using her hands in a non-contact approach. Through this process, each participant will experience a powerful release, deep relaxation, and a sense of calm, all in harmony with the soothing sounds that surround you. Expect to feel cleansed, rejuvenated and RENEWED as you invite in new consciousness for you to step into your next evolution of self.

We will conclude with a wrap up journal entry to reflect on your current progress and invite you to share any insights or personal discoveries in a group circle.
