I’ve lived and worked around the Manly area for years. As a therapist, I see how often people carry stress, self-doubt, or heartache alone—not because they want to, but because they don’t want to be a burden. I’ve also seen how powerful it can be when someone feels truly heard without being judged or fixed.

That’s why I’m offering free heart-centred listening to the Manly community.

This is not counselling or coaching—just honest, grounded, person-to-person presence. It’s part of my commitment as the Manly chapter founder of Sidewalk Talk, a global movement that brings trained listeners out into public spaces.

It’s also part of my work through Inspira, a platform for therapist-led professional development and embodied listening practices that support mental health and social connection.
