Experience a unique dancing meditation through movement and yoga called Heart Dance that takes you on a journey through your heart towards love and connection. The dance will be held at Mistral Point, Maroubra on Sat 19 June to celebrate International Yoga Day! Rise with the sun and dance with your heart!

We start the dance with an invitation to connect from the heart with ourselves first and then with others. The facilitator will first lead and guide you on free flowing movements that help to connect and ground you as well as facilitate energy flowing through the group as a tribe. You will also experience connecting with the elements in and around us. Eventually we transition to an open free dance for you to explore yourself with an open heart ❤️

About the facilitator:

Jorge is a professionally trained teacher and facilitator of 5 Elements Dance, Yoga Synergy, Qi Gong and practitioner of Ayurveda yoga massage for over 10 years. He is also inspired by flamenco dance from his Spanish roots. Jorge created this unique Heart Dance blending elements of yoga, Qi Gong, and 5 Elements Dance.
