With all of the excitement over 'breath work', I'm thrilled to be offering a yoga based 'breathing' session combined with the holy medicine of cacao. Yoga has a rich history of over 5000 years, with pranayama being the way we cultivate, channel and neutralise energy.

When we are clear in how we wish to utilise the prana, our breathing practice results in tangible manifestations within our lives. We begin to become the Masters of our own reality, being much more 'mindful' of what messages we are sending out to our cells as well as the Universe.

Many years ago, a character called Yeshua, came forth to teach Humanity about how to prepare ourselves for the embodiment of Christ. Many argue that this was about learning self- mastery. 'Know thyself'. This didn't necessarily mean that we were to go through the same crucifixion, death and resurrection process that he famously did, though we were to embody the highest version of ourselves possible.

Somehow, we forgot this and aspired for fancy clothes, cars, homes and technology instead.

2020 calls us to have clear vision to see the past without blinkers - hindsight - as well as the present with complete focus, unhindered. 2020 vision.

Part of this is to individually wipe away the smears, to engage in practices that enable us even a brief moment of illuminated thoughts stemming from a connected heart and Hara (or womb for women).

This session will incorporate a small dose of 'Holy Kakao' delivered in sacred ceremony, honouring the spirit of the tincture, the keepers of the land and gently inviting a co-creative dance involving the individual participant with the elixir. A deepening of the heart will be explored utilising various yogic breathing (pranayama) practices, a very individual journey, followed by a group meditation/healing/activation session.

This experience is suited to all that are open to seek beyond their minds, into the space of the Heart and Breath. To all that desire for more ( and have a little penchant for chocolate - cacao!)
