Heart Expansion

Join Amber and Oden in this 2 hour Journey through Mantra, Voice Activation, Himalayan Breath-work and Sound Healing.

One of the translations of Mantra is simply: Heart Expansion.

The intention of this workshop is to soothe the nervous system, activate the voice and open the heart. Leaving you feeling, relaxed, open and connected.

Feel the powerful effects of mantra, Himalayan breath-work and sound healing in a held, contained space.

Himalayan breathwork allows us to shift the biocellular memory and balance, calm and stabilise our nervous system, rewires & restructures the brain bringing us into a state of balance. Helping us to shift from any patterns of anxiety and uncertainty and evolve into a state of wellbeing, helping us to move beyond the mind.

Mantra & singing stimulates the vagus nerve and allows our nervous system to come into balance.
