Join me for a nourishing afternoon session, a sacred space to relax, rest and receive.

You’ll be held in a calm, heart-centred energy while gentle music plays in the background, followed by an intuitive crystal sound bath to nourish your mind and body.

This offering was born from a personal moment when I needed to step away from the buzz of thoughts and emotions, to sit in silence, simply be, and return to myself. A space where there were no do’s or should’s, just presence.

Come with an open heart, lay down on a mat, and allow yourself to receive.

Group size is limited to 8 participants.

Please arrive 5 minutes early. The door will close promptly at the event start time.

HEART FLOW

The Heart Frequency Energy has the power to transform even the most anxious heart into one that is compassionate and open to love, creating space for the mind to soften and the nervous system to settle.

There is nothing you need to do, just come with an open heart and allow the soothing, loving energy to guide you to a state of harmony and peace.

As you lie down, calming and harmonious music will play softly in the background while I become the vessel for this heart frequency energy transmission. I will channel the pure, loving frequency of the heart, a medicine from the depths of divine energy, as I call in the angelic guides and the Archangels of the Heart.

INTUITIVE CRYSTAL SOUND BATH

Let the sounds of crystal bowls wash over you in this deeply restorative experience.

As the soothing tones move through your body, they support your nervous system to unwind, your thoughts to soften, and your whole being to relax.

Each sound is intuitively played to meet you where you are, helping you feel more centred, clear, and at ease. An invitation to experience a deep sense of peace.

SESSION SCHEDULE

5:00 -5:10 pm – Welcome & Gentle Guided meditation

5:10-5:50 pm – Heart Flow Activation

5:50-6:05 pm – Intuitive Crystal Sound Bath

6:05-6:15 pm – Closing

PREPARING FOR THE SESSION:

- Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a bottle of water

- Try not to eat 2 hours before the session (or something light)

- Mats, blankets and eye masks will be provided.

CANCELLATIONS:

Refunds are available up to 3 days prior to the event (excluding Humanitix fee)

PHOTO/VIDEO RECORDING POLICY

I acknowledge that photos, videos, and audio recordings may be taken during the event for legitimate promotional purposes and to be shared on social media. I understand that if I do not inform Cibele in advance, via email, that I do not wish to be recorded, my participation in the event will imply my consent to being recorded.

TERMS & CONDITIONS POLICY

By purchasing a ticket for this event, you hereby agree to the below waiver and release agreement:

I wish to participate in the Heart Flow & Sound Bath group session offered by Cibele Mascagna. As a precondition to participating in the activity, I have read the following Release Agreement and agree to its terms.

The sessions, whilst care is taken, are not without risk which I accept, and in turn indemnify in full, on a solicitor and client basis, Cibele Mascagna against all liabilities, damages and costs arising from the session. This includes but is not limited to, liabilities arising from any cause such as negligence, contract, statute including the Civil Liability Act 2002, tortious or common law for any injury, death, loss, property damage or expense arising out of or sustained to me, in the course of my participation in this Heart Flow & Sound Bath session offered by Cibele Mascagna.

I agree that Cibele Mascagna is not responsible in the event of loss, damage, unauthorised use, theft or injury resulting from and to any personal property that I bring onto or undertake on the premises.

I also confirm that my health is sufficient, and has no illness, injury or ailments which will prevent participation in this Heart Flow & Sound Bath session in a safe manner without risk to me or others. I recognise that this Agreement and Release and Waiver is a legal instrument and that it is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by Australian law. Cibele Mascagna liability in the aggregate is the refund of the fees paid for this Heart Flow & Sound Bath session.

I recognise that by purchasing a ticket, I am waiving legal rights, including the right to sue. I also affirm that I alone am responsible to decide whether to participate in the Heart Flow & Sound Bath session and that participation is at my own risk. I hereby agree to irrevocably release and waive any claims that I have now or may have hereafter against Heart Flow & Sound Bath and its facilitator, Cibele Mascagna.I have read and fully understand and agree to the above terms of this Liability Waiver Agreement. I am complying with this agreement voluntarily and recognize that my purchase of a ticket serves as complete and unconditional release of all liability.
