Hi I'm Tye,

I have dedicated the past decade to studying various modalities of yoga, energetic healing, bodywork and Somatic therapy. Since 2015 I have traveled around the world in pursuit of living and understanding the wisdom of yogic practices, learning from numerous incredible teachers and gurus along the way to deepen my respect, interest and experience in yoga and energetic healing.

I am a 500hr E-RYT yoga teacher, Reiki master/ educator, bio dynamic trauma release breathworker and trauma informed specialist.

I have a profound fascination with the ancient wisdom of the Vedas and Kashmir Shaivism tantric philosophy, as well as a keen interest in the miraculous healing powers of nature and our body’s innate ability to hold and release trauma and pain.

Over the past 10 years, I have facilitated retreats in Sri Lanka, Bali, and Van Vieng, providing transformative experiences for participants seeking healing, growth and connection through yoga and energetic practices.

I feel so grateful to be able to share these practices that have played such impact in my life.
