Where there is love, fear cannot exist. When we consciously focus on showing up rooted in love, it allows for the greatest outcome and experience for all involved. This month we will be focusing on heart healing by deeply connecting with our bodies through mindful movement like Qigong, energy and crystal healing, active functional movement and a deeply transformative guided heart healing process.

Event schedule:

7pm-8:30pm: We will begin with a check-in and then Dawn will guide you inward with an active functional movement exercise, followed by A-T taking you through a Qigong and mindful movement process and the evening will close with some sound healing and a guided healing process led by Leah.

Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move freely in.

Yoga mats & blankets will be provided, but you may bring your own things if you prefer to ensure your comfort.

Dawn will guide you in feeling into your body's energetic tension system and introduce you to what it feels like to make an energetic exchange towards system balance with a focus on opening your heart center.

A-T will guide you through some Qigong, also know as a form of mindful movement designed to balance and enhance your life force energy. The movements and postures in this class will help you release blockages and cultivate a deep connection with your heart chakra, fostering emotional well-being and harmonious relationships.

Leah will lead you through a guided meditation and heart healing process creating space for a gentle release of old hurts and pain and new perspectives on how to show up rooted in love in all that you do.
