We all crave intimacy in our lives, but most of us rely on spontaneous occurrences of it, unaware that cultivating it is actually a skill.

Learning how to open ones heart, connect in presence and allow ourselves to be "seen" is a practice of deep intimacy and one that we can fully enjoy with our clothes on.

Heart-Led presence is a fully guided intentional evening for men and women to come together and practice deepening their emotional connection. Over a number of experiential hours you will enjoy embodiment based practices designed to open your heart, deepen your presence and ignite polarity in a safe and loving way. Come and explore these Tantric concepts as you move through a range of embodiment based partner practices that will leave you feeling connected, alive, open and more available to feel the heart and soul of another.

This workshop offers a guided intentional place to practice how you show up in your intimate relationships, both with yourself and others.

Explore heart opening connection and sharing presence with others
Offer yourself up as a vessel for Love to flow through
Ignite polarity through intentional partner practices
Witness and be witnessed through an evening of emotional intimacy

Step through the doorway and enter the Sacred realm of Tantric Intimacy that goes beyond sex, romance or gender.

Open to both couples and singles, Heart-led Intimacy invites you to explore these practices using your body as a Yogic tool of Embodiment. Whether Single or partnered we all need healthy forms of human connection, so come along and experience connection that comes from both presence and heart.

This is fully clothed event; there is no nudity, sexual or genital touch. Heart-Led intimacy is a rotational workshop with clear boundaries in-place for everyone safety and comfort. Couples are encouraged to practice with others for part of the evening, but may elect to work exclusively together all night if they prefer.

Everyone is welcome regardless of their relationship status including same sex couples. All efforts are made to have an equal balance of male & female bodies attending for the partner practices.

Please bring your water bottle & some healthy snacks to share in the closing circle.
Dress in comfortable casual clothes that you feel good in & can move freely (smart casual).

Doors will close at 6.15pm and we will commence.

This event was a wonderful introduction to the practice of heart led intimacy. Bree masterfully held an amazing connective space where I felt safe and comfortable to fully participate and receive. Bree Taylor Molyneaux | Intimacy + Embodiment Coach

For 25 years Bree has been deeply immersed in the fields of psychosomatics, trauma, mindset and human relationships. Her areas of expertise include embodiment, cultivating a sacred relationship and Tantric intimacy. She offers private 1on1 sessions and runs in-person and online workshops using embodiment as a lens to self guided & relational healing. She draws on her extensive training as a trauma informed Clinical Hypnotherapist and Tantric teachings of the Kashmiri lineage.

Bree has studied with many world class coaches & facilitators including her current teacher Intimacy & Embodiment Coach Michaela Boehm.
