    What to expect:

Cacao Ceremony - Cacao is a heart opening medicine that assists in deepening meditation, and inner work practices. We will open the space with this profound ceremony and step into our experience in a place of love, connection and openness.

Dancing Freedom - a conscious dance practice, a free flowing moving meditation that takes you on a guided dance journey through the elements of Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Ether. An opportunity to release physical and emotional tension, an experience of aliveness, empowerment, liberation and spaciousness for the mind, body and soul. There is no wrong or right to move your body which allows you to express your authentic, creative self.

Meditation and Somatic Breath Practice - Be taken into your inner world, connect with your deepest wisdom and whispers of the soul. Be guided through gentle mindful movement, and a heart opening somatic breath and meditation practice. Allow the power of your breath to melt and heal physical and emotional tension and be moved into a place of love, trust and openness.

Rebecca Riddington - Exercise Scientist, Somatic Psychotherapist, Breathwork facilitator, Neuro emotional techniques practitioner. (completebalance.com.au)

Libby Lee - Passion: rural living, spirit loving, spirit medicine practitioner, earth Mumma.

    What to Bring:

Please bring a meditation cushion, water bottle, warm or cool clothes (layers) that you can move in, a blanket and yoga mat for the floor.

    Contra-indications for Cacao:

Cacao in ceremonial doses is not recommended if you have a pace maker, have high blood pressure, or other heart conditions, as the cacao will increase your heart rate. It can be dangerous to your health if you are taking heart medication or high doses of antidepressant medication. People with bi-polar disorder are advised of the risk of overstimulation and manic symptoms. If this applies to you, please know you are still most welcome to join us for the experience with a very light/homeopathic dose or none at all. You will still receive many benefits from participating in the ceremony and basking in the collective energy that we will generate. We strongly advise you to refrain from eating any big meal in the 2-3 hours preceding the ceremony to increase the efficacy of the cacao and to enhance your experience. This will also reduce the potential for any negative interactions with anything in your stomach. If you must eat, please eat lightly and simply (no greasy or dense foods).

    Rose Tea Alternative:

If Cacao is contra-indicated or you are sensitive to the stimulating affect of Cacao you are welcome to have the Rose Tea alternative. Rose is a gentle and soft heart opening medicine.
