Welcome to a transformative journey like no other!

Join Gavin McGahey, a certified Breathwork Coach, and Stacey Pamment from The Stables, in a captivating six-week program, each session designed to navigate life’s challenges, foster healing and self-improvement.

Your Journey to Self-Discovery:

Each week, you will embark on unique breathwork journeys, including Letting Go, Transcending Fear, Healing Ancestral Trauma, and others. These sessions are designed to help you find a new sense of purpose, heal trauma, or continue your path of inner work. 

Duration: The series is spread over 6 weeks, with one session per week, allowing for gradual and profound shifts in personal growth and self-awareness.

Single Sessions: Participants have the option to select any session that resonates with their current needs. Each week focuses on a unique theme, offering its own set of benefits and insights. This is ideal for individuals looking for targeted growth or exploration in specific areas of their lives.

Full Series Participation: For those seeking an all-encompassing transformation, attending the full 6-week series is recommended. This immersive experience is designed to guide you through a sequential journey of discovery, release, and renewal, maximizing the cumulative effects of consistent practice.

Who Is This For?

This journey is for individuals ready to delve deep into the healing process and resolve the imprints of their childhood experiences. We'll be addressing the wounds of premature separation from love, rejection, abandonment, shaming, and lack of presence. 

These imprints, carried from our formative years, silently shape our adult lives and reveal themselves through various challenges, including victim mentality, trust and intimacy issues, co-dependency, relationship struggles, emotional dysregulation, anxiety, depression, and more.

What Is Somatic Breathwork?

Somatic breathwork is a transformative practice that invites you to connect deeply with your body, guiding you through intentional inhalations and exhalations to unlock the body's natural healing abilities. 

It often includes a series of controlled breaths and staged breath-holds throughout the journey, all designed to tap into your body's healing potential. Ultimately unlocking a deeper connection within.

As you breathe, you might notice a range of physical sensations—tingling in your extremities, sometimes a change in your body temperature, becoming cooler & experiencing greater awareness throughout your body.

This practice doesn't just enhance your physical well-being; it offers a pathway to emotional release and healing, making peace with inner experiences and fostering a greater sense of ease and openness in life. 

Through somatic breathwork, we learn to use our breath not only as a tool for relaxation but as a bridge to deeper self-awareness and transformation.
