Start your journey by moving energy through your body with a series of asanas primarily focused on opening your heart space and enhancing your backbends. These poses are designed to release tension and energetic blockages stored in your heart center, promoting a greater sense of openness and connection.

🤍 Life Coaching on Forgiveness & Compassion Tool (45 mins)
Following the yoga session, Nafiye will guide you through a powerful life coaching exercise. This tool is aimed at helping you let go of judgments toward yourself, others, and past experiences that you struggle to forgive or accept. By releasing these burdens, you will free yourself from the past and embrace your true, authentic self.
