Heart of Mindfulness 2-Day Retreat
Event description
This retreat offers everyone from beginners to long time meditators a rich opportunity to step out of daily life and dedicate time and space to grow and deepen your mindfulness practice. Over the weekend you will be guided through a range of sitting, walking and moving practices that are designed specifically to calm the bodymind and invite you into the state of peaceful presence. As we practice together there will be regular opportunities to ask questions and discuss your experiences as well as times when we enter into silence together to support the process of steadying the mind and opening to all that strengthens our ability to sit in heartful awareness.
