Join me for the fourth of our seven-part workshop series, where we'll open the energy of the Heart Chakra through heart opening Cacao, Journal Prompts, Yoga (including pranayama & meditation), and Sound Healing. You'll also receive an intuitively picked heart-healing crystal gift this session.

The heart chakra, Anahatana in Sanskrit, is the central chakra connecting the lower physical chakras to the higher spiritual chakras. It is associated with LOVE, compassion, forgiveness, absence of fear, gratitude, altruism, kindness and connection.

In this intimate Sunday evening gathering, we will begin with self-reflection and inner exploration through journal prompts tailored to tap into where there may be an imbalance in your heart chakra. We will provide a space for introspection, allowing us to uncover any hidden core wounds around how you feel about yourself, your body and your relationships.

Next, we will tap into practices that will help balance and activate the heart chakra. I'll guide you through a gentle yoga flow, with pranayama (breathwork) and we will finish with some yin poses to surrender, to create space for the energy to flow through the heart space.

As we wind down the evening, allow yourself to be bathed in the healing vibrations of a closing sound healing, designed to harmonise and align the energy of the heart chakra. Let the soothing sounds wash over you, melting away tension and any negative beliefs or wounds.

🌟 Suhaniya (she/her) is a Yoga Teacher and Sound Healer trained in a wide array of yoga styles and holistic practices. Her teaching journey began in 2019 with her first teacher training in the spiritual heartland of Rishikesh, India, where she honed her skills and journeyed further on a path of self-discovery. As a South Asian woman, Suhaniya has a deep reverence for the roots of yoga, and its profound philosophical underpinnings enrich her teachings.

She is also dedicated to making yoga accessible to all, emphasising modifications and individualised guidance to ensure every student feels supported on their unique yoga journey.

Suhaniya is equally fascinated by the power of Sound to soothe the body and help individuals enter a meditative state, which she does through her individual and group sound healing sessions.
