A journey with ceremonial cacao and yoga to open the heart space and restore the mind and body.

Connecting the loving spirit of cacao and the healing nature of yin yoga and yoga nidra.

Bringing the medicine of sacred cacao and path of yoga together in a journey to awaken the heart space.

What to expect:

Starting with a cacao ceremony where we share a cup of magical cacao in a circle to allow it to awaken our hearts.

Cacao is an ancient healing plant medicine. It’s a natural superfood packed with antioxidants, vitamins and minerals and has been used for over 5000 years in ceremony’s.

Cacao is a heart opener that reminds us to move through life with an open heart. It helps connect us to our creative center and aligns us with the frequency of Mother Earth.

With the the spirit of mama cacao in your being we will continue the journey with therapeutic yin yoga and deep relaxing yoga nidra.

The practice of yin yoga is suitable for all ages and levels. Its a gentle flow with plenty of time to slow down, tune in and let go of what is not longer serving you.

It targets the connective tissues of the body with longer holds and slow stretches. Focusing on postures to open the heart space. Removing any deeply lodged tension and blockages in the meridians to the heart organ. Allowing the life force energy to flow freely and the true light of the heart to shine.

We will finish the journey in the healing vibrations of savasana with the powerful practice of yoga nidra. Yoga nidra is a form of a guided meditation in which you learn to relax consciously. In this journey it takes you even further into a blissful state of mind, body and soul.

Also know as yogic sleep, this ancient technique is a conscious experience of dreamless sleep where moving awareness from the external world.

What to bring:

Wear comfortable clothing. Props and a blanket will be provided. BYO extra blanket or cushions for comfort during experience.

Drink plenty of water before and after ceremony to avoid dehydration and avoid eating at least two hours prior event.
