Heart Releasing Ceremony 🤎

A 2.5-hour heart-centred journey of emotional release, forgiveness, surrender and reconnection.

What is your heart still carrying?

Old hurts, grief, resentment, heartbreak, unspoken emotions or experiences you thought you'd moved on from.

Sometimes we don't even realise how much we're still holding onto until we give ourselves the space to feel it.

Our experiences can shape how we feel, what we attract and how we move through life.

This intimate gathering has been thoughtfully created to support you in reconnecting with your heart, exploring the emotions and patterns you may be carrying, and gently releasing what you're ready to let go of.

What to expect 🤎

You'll be guided through a beautiful combination of heart-centred practices:

Ceremonial Cacao & Intention Setting – Open the ceremony with a warm cup of cacao, connect with yourself and set an intention for your journey.
Guided Meditation – A gentle guided meditation to reconnect with your younger self, offering compassion, understanding and love.
Forgiveness & Emotional Release – Explore emotions, past experiences and patterns through guided energetic processes designed to support forgiveness, acceptance and letting go.
Ho'oponopono Practice – A traditional Hawaiian reconciliation practice centred on forgiveness, love and compassion.

Reiki Energy Healing & Sound Bath – Close the ceremony with restorative sound and Reiki, allowing time for deep relaxation, reflection and integration.

This ceremony is for you if...

You've been carrying emotional heaviness that you're ready to explore.
You're holding onto past hurts, resentment, grief or unresolved emotions.
You're seeking greater self-love, compassion and connection with yourself.
You're ready to explore forgiveness, whether towards yourself or others.
You're craving a safe, nurturing space to slow down, surrender and receive.
You feel called to create space for a new chapter in your life.

A gentle reminder

This ceremony isn't about forcing yourself to forgive, forget or move on before you're ready.

There is no right or wrong way to experience this journey. You are welcome to participate at your own pace, and you never have to share anything you're not comfortable sharing.

Come exactly as you are. Allow yourself the space to feel, soften and reconnect with your heart.
