Forgiveness & Emotional Release – Explore emotions, past experiences and patterns through guided energetic processes designed to support forgiveness, acceptance and letting go.
Ho'oponopono Practice – A traditional Hawaiian reconciliation practice centred on forgiveness, love and compassion.
Reiki Energy Healing & Sound Bath – Close the ceremony with restorative sound and Reiki, allowing time for deep relaxation, reflection and integration.

- What should I bring?
A journal, pen, your favourite crystal, water bottle and an open mind.
Yoga mats, blankets and cushions will be provided for your comfort.
- What is Reiki?

During a Reiki session, the practitioner channels energy through their hands, working with your body's energetic system, including the chakras and auric field, with the intention of restoring balance and harmony.
You may experience warmth, tingling, deep relaxation or a sense of calm. Everyone's experience is unique, and there's no right or wrong way to receive Reiki.
Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive practice that can support relaxation, stress reduction and overall wellbeing.
- What is ceremonial cacao?
Ceremonial cacao is a minimally processed form of cacao traditionally used in spiritual and ceremonial practices. It is often enjoyed as part of heart-centred rituals to encourage mindfulness, intention setting and connection.
Cacao contains naturally occurring stimulants, including theobromine. Please let us know beforehand if you have any allergies, sensitivities or medical concerns. Cacao is optional, and you are welcome to participate in the ceremony without drinking it.
