This group is open to anyone wanting to gather with others in sacred space to experience the benefits of taking up a regular mindful meditation practice. During the evening participants are guided through a range of practices that settle the mind, calm the body and open us into the freedom and deep peace of the Heart Space.

We meet on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of every month at the Mary Potter Center, 442 Durham Street.

If you would like further information about this group please visit https://www.mindwise.co.nz/med...

Please bring something to lie on in case we do a lying down practice and of course you are welcome to bring your meditation stool or cushion or anything else to make your practice comfortable.
