This retreat has been intentionally curated to help you heal grief and trauma by embodying your authentic expression and reigniting your creative fire to discover (or remember) what lights you up and deepen your connection to your true Self.

In times of stress, challenge, trauma, grief and depletion - we can often lose our creativity, inspiration, purpose and zest for life.

This experience will offer you the space, guidance and support as you embark upon an inner journey of exploration, curiosity and play to find your JOY again.

THIS RETREAT IS FOR WOMEN WHO:

~ have or are experiencing grief or heartache through infertility, reproductive challenges, miscarriage/early birth and infant loss or loss of a loved one

~ are struggling to cope with the emotions and processes of these experiences including grief, anger, guilt, shame, confusion, disconnection and hopelessness

~ are feeling overwhelmed, anxious and fearful 

~ are feeling disconnected in relationships and often feeling isolated and alone 

~ desire to experience more joy, play, fun and self-love

~ are seeking a deeper connection to their body, emotional blueprint, intimate relationships and spirituality

~ experiencing challenges with their menstrual cycle and would like to understand and regulate their womb

~ desire to manifest experiences that radiantly change their life 

~ want to shift limiting beliefs and old patterns and heal your ancestral lineage

 Can't come for the whole weekend? Join us for the Saturday where you can enjoy two of our workshops, lunch and time for rest on the property.

JOURNEY 1 / SOUND - An exploration through vocal activation, singing mantra & song and intuitively using instruments to create vibrational tunes and tones.

JOURNEY 2 / WRITING - A guided exploration to connect with your inner storyteller through journaling and writing prompts.

JOURNEY 3 / CRAFTING - Using our hands to express ourselves through building, sculpting and painting.

JOURNEY 4 / MOVEMENT - A guided journey through somatic embodiment to intuitively express yourself using your body.

Welcome to dreamland.

Nestled amongst the rolling hills of the Northern Rivers Hinterland, a stay at Milkbar Valley is a holistic experience just 20 minutes from the beautiful town of Uki - stepping into this wonderland feels like light years away from reality.

A space to surrender in the here & now in the rustic charm of a 120 year old heart built home amongst the trees. Adorned with stained glass windows, vintage trimmings & cozy nooks. Featuring a custom built yoga dome, extra outdoor bathroom amenities & open pool area.

ABOUT YOUR RETREAT HOST TARA POWER

Tara is the founder of Earth Mothers Community and her offered modalities include Ayurvedic Health & Fertility Counselling, Creative Arts Therapy & Vocal Activation, Yoga & Meditation as well as Womb/Energy Healings.

It is her desire to create safety within community to allow women and their families to fully express and embody their authenticity, vibrantly connected to ourselves and our creativity to lead conscious and joyful lifestyles.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Refunds are available up to 30 days before the retreat less a 10% refund fee - should you need to cancel within 30 days you are responsible for finding someone else to take your place as tickets will not be refunded if within 30 days unless due to extenuating medical circumstances in which supporting medical documentation will be required.
