Breathwork - Tap into the incredible power of your breath. Guided by experienced breathwork facilitator Jackson Merritt from Rewired. Jackson guides and supports you through the breathwork process to help you meet your resistance, move into effortlessness, liberate yourself and ultimately gain insight. Breathwork reduces stress and creates feelings of openness, love, peace, gratitude, clarity, communication and connection. This practice helps release any mental, physical or emotional blocks allowing you to expand more into yourself.

Tantric Healing - Explore the healing potential of your universal sensual power. Allison Dahl from Midnight Garden Temple will guide you through a healing and activation process working with life-force energy. Allison is passionate about Temple Arts, Tantra, Kundalini and Mysteries of the Goddess. Practices will be White-Tantra based (not partner work) and intuitive depending on the dynamic energy of the group on the night. Through self surrender, trust & self love you can alchemise energy distortions, attune to your unique frequency and align with your highest expression.

Ecstatic Dance - Drop out of your mind and feel deeply into your body. Ecstatic dance is an intuitive movement practice, a form of dance therapy and a moving meditation. No dance skills are necessary. The intuitive flow of the movement encourages you to become aware of your energy flow and body consciousness. This practice releases stuck energy opening you up to your own bliss. If you truly surrender yourself to the dance, it can lead you to feelings of ecstasy.

Harmonic Voice Play - Uniting in voice is a powerful way to connect with yourself and others. Louise Charman-James from Soul Signature specialises in voice and sound activation for healing and expansion. When we create a harmonic field with our combined voices using our very own 'heart-tones', we create a space for incredible healing and heart-opening experiences. Feeling the collective vibrations of the resonant frequencies of human voice activates something ancient, deep within our psyche. No singing skills required. These are fun voice-play practices which bring joy, love and harmony into your heart.

Sound Healing - Seal your journey with a relaxing and supportive sound healing by Louise. Sound Healing is an ancient therapy which uses sound vibration to permeate our body's energy system returning it back to harmony and balance. The vibrations release stuck energy and open, clear and balance our chakras. Louise is an experienced sound healer with a carefully curated sound sequence from a variety of sound therapy instruments, including her beautiful voice.
